Have you tried making a paper bracelet? Well, if not then there is a guide into how you can do this with the shortest time possible. All that you will need will be that old sheet magazine, that old calendar or even that junk mail that you disposed of. From here, you can be in a position to make the best writing sheet bracelets and necklaces. Keep reading to know more about the paper beads.

The first thing that you need to take care of is getting the right materials for this project. Well, since you will not be looking to spend any dime on this project, it is then a better idea you do use the old writing sheets that can be recycled. This will include the invalid calendars and the magazines you are done reading. You can also make use of the junk mail; nobody will need them after they already read them.

Secondly, after getting the writing sheet supplies, you will also need the sheet cutter and some other few things. Well, to begin with, you will have cut the writing sheet into strips. Here you can use the scissors or that sheet cutter. Get some glue and some toothpicks. With these in place then you are all set to begin making the beads.

Get the sheet magazine and cut them into strips. You will be required to cut the sheet into half or even into quarter pieces with regard to the size of the paper. Well, after you are done with this, cut the sheet into diagonal shapes so that you get that triangular shape from the strips. Proceed to the following step.

Take your glue and your toothpick. Well, this is the stage where you will have to be very careful or else you will end up having too much glue on your hands that you will mess the whole project. Take one sheet strip and a toothpick. Roll the paper on the toothpick and apply glue on the open side. Roll it all around the toothpick in such a way that you get a circular shape. Remove the toothpick and place the sheet roll on the table.

The other step will include sealing the pellets. This is where the nail polish comes into play. After removing the toothpick, apply nail polish onto the writing sheet bead that you just finished. This nail polish will act as a seal just in case water splashes on the beads. If you do not coat the bead, make sure that the paper does not come into contact with water.

After this, leave them to dry and then proceed to string them. Stringing the beads will depend highly on the colors that you want to be on the bracelet or the necklace. Here, you can arrange them to your preferred style. Take the cord and put the beads through the toothpick hole.

You can also create several knots to help you tie the cord well. In addition, you have your bracelet. You can put it on and try the new look. If it is too fitting then you can adjust on the knots.
