A lot has said that participating in a competition is never that easy. Especially when you got to feel losing even with all the hardships that you had been through, with the training and practice you need to attend to. A lot would say that they still need tips so that someday they can be champions on Dance Competitions Tennessee.

Number one is being confident. You have to look confident enough, this is what the judges can notice at first, when they see that a contender is having this kind of feeling, they have knowledge that the person knows what he is about to do. This is one of the key factors on why they would win, because they know how to build up this kind of attitude that can seen through your facial expression.

When you rehearsed everyday, you will surely memorize all the stepping that you got to dance. This way you will not forget it especially when you will be in the actual competition. Many times when someone is not well rehearsed they would tend to just stand in front and will not know what he should be doing, this may have caused from nervousness or lack of proper rehearsals.

Never forget to take good care of your body. Never take yourself into risks where you will be injured. You can take good care of your body through proper hygiene and proper diet. The food you eat must be healthy and full of energy so that you will not run out of energy once you either rehearse or perform. Get enough sleep to and never get dehydrated.

Take it to the level of not just pure competition but a performance that everybody who is watching will enjoy the show. You have to consider your judges as an audience, think that they are not there to rate you but they are there to watch you perform so that they can have fun. Make them understand what the story of the dance is about.

Always do an eye contact with the judge, as we all know the eyes do not know how to lie. Through looking in your eyes they will know if you are truthful enough in what you are doing. They can recognize your confidence when they will look into your eyes. The story is more told and not vague when you are not avoiding eye contact.

Know your capabilities, avoid hard steps and routines. Just merely focus on things you could do, never ever push yourself too much. The worst thing that may happen is getting injured. Being injured means you are not allowed to dance anymore until the injury is completely gone. Do the stepping which you know you can execute easily.

If you are corrected by the choreographer do not neglect this instead learn from this. Apply all the correction she has given for the class. When you have executed a routine incorrectly take what he has said and make the routine the way t should be performed. They are more experienced then you are so they know what is best for you.

Always be yourself, and do it for fun too. Because if you lose and you did not have some fun, then you might end up getting frustrated. What you expected sometimes can never happen every time. So better to just be yourself and have fun with your performance.
